Larry M. (Mike) Bryson, El Dorado, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at his home. He was 54. No services were held. A gathering of family and friends was held after the holidays at Prospect Baptist Church, El Dorado.
Mike was born March 30, 1946, in Neodesha,
the son of Louis M. and Rosie Lena (Julian) Bryson. He served in the Marine
Corps. He had made his home
in El Dorado for many years and was disabled.
On December 5, 1993, he married Marie E. Jones at El Dorado.
Survivors included his wife, Marie, of the home; a son, Eric W. Bryson, El Dorado; two stepsons, Che D. Vaughters, El Dorado, and Joseph R. Vaughters, Wichita; a stepdaughter, Amy M. Howard, El Dorado; his father, Louis M. Bryson, El Dorado; a brother, Roger L. Bryson, El Dorado; and a sister, Peggy L. Smith, of Minnesota.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
