Don Hallbauer

Donald Roy Hallbauer, Jr., 63, died Sept. 23, 2010, in Birmingham, Ala.
Don was a 1964 graduate of Neodesha High School. He also went to Pittsburg State University, where he graduated with a bachelor of science degree. He was in the Navy from 1969 to 1973 as a photographer's mate.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Donita Hallbauer; sons, Bradley Hallbaurer (Trisha), Steven Hallbauer (Paula) and Matthew Hallbauer (Timberley); grandchildren, Natalie (Bud), Andrew, Katie, Bradlie, Bristen, Peyton, Maddox, Adam, Madison, Allison, Myah, Carter and Cameron; and great-grandchild Benjamin Murphy and one on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Mary Ann Elliot Hallbauer, Sr.; and daughter, Catherine Earline Hallbauer.
A memorial service was held Monday, Sept. 27, at Ridout's Southside Chapel in Birmingham.
